  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return, in accordance with current legislation.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

Non-eligible returns include:

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used cosmetic products.
Personal care products that have been unsealed.
Customized or made-to-order items.

Discounted or clearance items.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to office@nuve.ro with the following details:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Follow Instructions: We will provide you with detailed return instructions via email.
  3. Ship the Product: Send the product to the provided address. Ensure the item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Verification: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

Return Costs:

  • Standard returns: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Defective or incorrect items: Return costs will be covered by NUVE.RO.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours if you notice:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage caused during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct product exchanges.
  • To obtain a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received your funds, please contact us at office@nuve.ro.


8. Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

Under EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Withdrawal:
✅ The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with intact seals and original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.


9. Return Costs

  • Standard Returns: Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, NUVE.RO will cover the shipping costs.
  • If a package is refused without a valid reason, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
