1. General Delivery Information
- Deliveries are made exclusively within Romania via GLS Romania courier service.
- We ensure every order is processed promptly and that products arrive safely at their destination.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3:00 PM: Delivery will occur on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM: Delivery may occur on Saturday (depending on courier availability) or, most likely, on Monday.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM: Will be processed on the next business day.
⏳ Standard delivery time: Approximately 24 hours for orders placed within the specified timeframe.
⚠️ Disclaimer: The delivery time is estimated and may vary due to factors such as:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, other holidays)
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Unforeseen events beyond our control
3. Delivery Method
- All orders are delivered via GLS Romania.
- Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
- The courier will make two delivery attempts at the address specified in your order.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to customer fault (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, inability to contact), the package will be returned to the sender.
- A new delivery attempt will only be made after the payment of an additional shipping fee.
4. Shipping Fees
- Orders over 250 RON: Free shipping.
- Orders under 250 RON: A fixed shipping fee of 25 RON will apply.
- Additional fees: May apply for deliveries outside GLS Romania's standard coverage area.
5. Package Reception
- Upon receiving the package, the customer is responsible for inspecting the condition of the package and products.
- Any irregularities (damaged package, missing or incorrect products) must be reported immediately to the courier and to our team within 24 hours of receipt at 📧 support@nuve.ro.
⚠️ Complaints submitted after 24 hours of receiving the package will not be accepted.
6. Special Conditions for Weekends and Public Holidays
- Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday: Will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, public holidays), delivery times may be extended.

- Courier services
- External factors (weather, heavy traffic)
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
- The customer must ensure they are available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window.
- In case of unjustified refusal to accept the package, the customer may incur return and handling costs.
- For reshipping the package, the shipping costs will be fully borne by the customer.
8. Force Majeure
NUVE.RO is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Roadblocks
- Protests or strikes
- Logistical issues beyond our control
9. Undelivered Package Returns
- If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be notified via email or phone.
- For a new delivery attempt, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
10. Delivery Complaints
- Any delivery complaints must be submitted in writing to 📧 support@nuve.ro.
- Complaints must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the package.
⚠️ Complaints submitted after this timeframe will not be processed.
