4. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
Order Acceptance:
- The contract between you and us is established once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email with details about your purchase.
If we cannot accept your order:
- Orders are subject to product availability.
- If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified and no payment will be taken.
5. OUR PRODUCTS
- Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
- Slight color or detail differences may occur due to your device settings.
- All product descriptions are carefully created, but minor errors may occasionally occur.
6. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

7. PRODUCT DELIVERY
Delivery Costs:
✅ Free shipping for orders over 250 RON.
✅ 25 RON for orders under this amount.
Product Responsibility:
- Products become your responsibility once they are delivered.
- If you notice damages during delivery, please contact us immediately.
8. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Right to Cancel:
- You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Non-returnable Products:
❌ Unsealed or used cosmetic products.
❌ Personal care products that have been opened or tested.
❌ Customized or made-to-order products.
❌ Gift cards.
❌ Discounted or clearance products.
How to Return Products:
- Send the products to: 📍 Strada Vlădeasa 14, Oradea 410222.
- Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

9. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

✅ If the VAT rate changes, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
✅ The order becomes valid only after full payment is made.
10. OUR LIABILITY
- NUVE.RO is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.
